Starting with intense black and blue fruit and a wild intensity, over time the acidity remains present (it IS Frontenac Noir, after all!), but the fruit has settled down a little to allow some beautiful pepper and spice to come through. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe still recommend serving this wine with a little chill on it to accentuate the floral character and bring out the bright fruit\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eInitium Novum means a 'new beginning' in Latin.
