 Pomalo Wine Company is located in the town of Sibenik in the Dalmatia region of Croatia. This relatively new Pet Nat from Pomalo (first vintage in 2021) is made with 100% Plavina grapes, a coastal red varietal that delivers freshness and elegance.

The wine is incredibly juicy, bursting with strawberry, raspberry, and watermelon flavors. There’s a rich mouthfeel and toasty quality streaming throughout the wine.

“Pomalo” is the name given to the Croatian concept of slowing down, chilling out, no stress. The winery’s recommended pairing with this wine is “fjaka” - doing nothing!
