Our Chard is aged in oak barrels for 6 months and broken into three lots - ⅓ new oak, ⅓ 1 year old, and ⅓ in 2 year old barrels. After the aging process is completed we blend the lots together making for a perfect harmony of the 3 varieties. Voila!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe vineyards are planted between 850 - 1200 feet elevation in the foothills of the Pyrenees Mountains close to the Spanish border.
