The fruit is sourced from the Central Coast. Vinified 90% in stainless steel and 10% neutral oak barrels, then aged 6 months in neutral oak and stainless steel. Medium bodied and crisp, with subtle apple, pear and citrus notes. A touch of mineral comes through in the lively, balanced and long finish.
