PetNat: Frontenac/Marquette (70%/30%), co-fermented on skins then pressed off, bottled at 2 brix, dark red, dry, brambly, blue-fruited, and best served with a solid chill. Disgorged to order (or left a bit hazy and super-effervescent, should you desire!). Dark and deep, but also bright and light on the palate."

Bubbly, dry, red, Lambrusco-inspired bubbles, a bit more savory and rich than Wild Child, spends about 5 days on the skins before being pressed and bottled. Great with all the shiny meats, cheeses, etc… 65% Frontenac, 35% Marquette, native fermentation, disgorged to order, no sulfur added.
