G.D. Vajra 'N.S. Della Neve' Extra Brut Rosé

Named for the small chapel that sits on the slope of the vineyards, 'Nostra Signora Della Neve' translates to 'Our Lady of the Snow.' The wine undergoes a very short maceration to obtain a soft pink hue before it is rested on the lees between 48 and 60 months.
 Very fragrant on the nose, the nebbiolo jumps through to present strong character alongside the gentle elegance of the pinot noir.

50% Nebbiolo, 50% Pinot Noir. Piedmont Italy.
