Blanc Vin - Ami Ami

Ami Ami Vin Blanc is a fresh, dry white wine crafted from organic French grapes. It features bright acidity and vibrant notes of citrus, green apple, and white flowers. Easy-drinking and food-friendly, it’s ideal for everything from aperitifs to seafood pairings. Vegan and made with no added sugar or unnecessary additives

Our Vin Blanc is a delicious blend of Sauvignon Blanc (50%), Chardonnay (40%) and a mostly unknown local varietal, Mauzac (10% - it’s like a blend of Viognier and Chenin).

Our Sauv Blanc is fermented in stainless steel and aged on fine lees (this gives the wine body and a more structured and complex mouthfeel). Our Chard is aged in oak barrels for 6 months and broken into three lots - ⅓ new oak, ⅓ 1 year old, and ⅓ in 2 year old barrels. After the aging process is completed we blend the lots together making for a perfect harmony of the 3 varieties. Voila!

The vineyards are planted between 850 - 1200 feet elevation in the foothills of the Pyrenees Mountains close to the Spanish border. Grape growing here dates back to Greek and Roman times with Roman bridges and aqueducts still lining the horizon.
