Wein-Erbhof Stein 'Red Light' is a highly regarded, light-bodied Pinot Noir (Spätburgunder) Kabinett Trocken from Germany's Mosel region, crafted by Ulli Stein. Known for its high-acid, low-alcohol (around 11.5%) style, it features tart red fruit, herbs, and slate mineral notes, often served lightly chilled.
Grown on steep, blue and grey slate slopes with some of the oldest Pinot Noir vines in the Mosel.
