Ercole Bianco

Peach pit, pear, sweet nectarine with delicate flowers.  Crushed pineapple and sweet citrus on a smooth, mineral driven palate.  Blend of 80% Cortese with Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.  Fermented in Stainless Steel.  Cortese, the native grape of Piedmont is most commonly used in Gavi.  Here, they blend a touch of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc create a unique twist.  Easy drinking and gulpable in a Liter format.  Ercole, "Hercules" in Italian, is made by a generations-old co-op of local growers in the Monferrato region.
